Subcontractor Overview:
We look to partner with contractors to support and service our customer’s facilities. They are responsible for the daily cleaning of the property, restocking products, and making sure the property is in good standing. The primary goal is to provide attention to the appearance of communal areas for a safe and adequate living/shopping/working environment. We award contracts to subcontractors based on quality, professionalism, communication & relationship. We have various industries that we service from restaurants to office spaces, to apartment complexes to name a few. The contract normally determines what time of day the cleaning is needed to be completed.
Essential Functions
- Cleaning areas by vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, etc.
- Clean and stock restrooms as needed.
- Follow and complete a job schedule within the time frame allowed.
- Sweep entranceways and glass cleaning.
- Empty trash receptacles inside and outside.
Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or the equivalency of the same.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must obtain and maintain your own cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies always.
- Must obtain Workers’ Compensation and keep current each year.
- Effective communication skills.
- Must be extremely detail oriented.
- Self-motivated, highly independent and proactive.
