In-Store Sales Representative Job at Acquevo

We work with a national account who has partnerships with some of America's largest names in big box retail, allowing our client to provide their clientele with cutting-edge retail marketing campaigns that take their product launches & promotions to the next level in order to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition working within the technology, telecommunicaton, and renewable industries.

Our client currently has several openings across the Houston, TX and surrounding area and are looking to hire In-Store Sales Representatives! Keep in mind this role requires local travel and they are offering full time only, and weekends are required within normal retail hours. NO LATE NIGHTS!

Duties for the In-Store Sales Representative:

  • Daily engaging customers at our retail campaigns to drive sales and learn to use our POS system and work on a tablet driving and completing sales
  • Effectively promote products & services to customers and spread brand awareness and assist with upgrades, new services, or product sales
  • Assist Management team / store management with promotions / events
  • Maintain retail relationship with all store employees & maintain compliance at all times
  • Comply with program and retailer-specific guidelines and maintain the highest level of integrity / compliance
  • Follow company code of ethics
  • Keep a neat and tidy workplace
  • Handle all sales start to finish and track sales data

Requirements of the In-Store Sales Representative:

  • Strong desire to work within the retail, sales, or event industry.
  • Ability to work full-time retail hours punctually and reliably (weekends are included).
  • Reliable transportation to travel up to 30 miles to our retail partners and transport sales promotional items, displays, signage, and work tablet.
  • Ability to work entire shift standing for 8+ hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment with customers one on one
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficently with customer base to meet local sales goals

  • Guaranteed hourly pay PLUS commission (paid weekly)

  • Total compensation is based off of a base salary + commission - Which is sales done on a weekly basis our clients average compensation is between 1,000 - 2,000 per week.
