Our ideal Home Health Aides have a warm and caring personality, treat all clients and team members with the highest level of respect and compassion, have experience with in-home care, a clean background, and their own transportation.
Responsibilities
Each client has a custom plan of care. The Home Health Aide is expected to read, understand, and adhere to each Client Care Plan. Responsibilities may vary based on assignment and include tasks such as:
- Assist with personal care and hygiene
- Assist with physical therapy and recommended exercises
- Shop for or accompany Clients when the need exists
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Companionship
- Collect information regarding Client’s condition and treatment plans
- Report any unusual incidents to our Client Services Manager
- Act quickly and responsibly to emergencies
Schedules
We provide quality care in Portage, Three Rivers, Parchment, Kalamazoo, Mattawan, Lawton, Schoolcraft, Paw Paw, Decatur, and Richland! We are hiring for a variety of shifts including weekday, weekend, part-time, and full-time opportunities!

Responsibilities
- Treat Clients and fellow team members with the highest level of respect and compassion

Requirements
- A core belief that all individuals deserve respect, compassion, and caring support
- Previous Caregiving experience preferred but not required
- GED or High School diploma
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Fully insured reliable personal transportation
- Ability to lift - up to 40 lbs and perform the duties of the position
- Exhibit mature responsible behavior and uphold the patient confidentiality requirement.

Salary Description
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
