The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for on-boarding customers into the Bambee Payroll+ platform, you are their primary point of contact during the onboarding process and will help them gain an understanding for the payroll platform and services available to them.

This is an entry-level position into Bambee’s payroll product. You will ease the stress and guide the clients through the process, provide timely information, and keep everything running smoothly during the client’s experience. After a customer is live, their HR Manager will be their main point of contact.

The Implementation Specialist will have monthly customer onboarding goals that will be accomplished by using innovative technology to provide the best experience to clients.
What You'll Do

  • Guide customers through completing onboarding through Bambee’s Payroll+ online system.
  • Interact and partner with our payroll partners for clients’ payroll processing and tax filings.
  • Ensure information you provide follows federal, state, and local payroll, wage and hour laws, and best practices.
  • Provide speedy and complete resolution for payroll-related inquiries.
  • Identify and recommend updates to payroll systems, and procedures.
  • Work with clients as they navigate through their first payroll run date.

  • You possess excellent time management and problem-solving skillsYou possess intermediate knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
  • You are an excellent project manager, staying well organized, and have a high attention to detailYou have a knack for diving into data and finding the root cause of an issue when items don’t add up.
  • You’re a self-starting team player who excels in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, challenging work environment.
