The Implementation Associate role is within our Professional Services organization that is focused on working directly with customers to implement, train, and configure Advantive solutions. Candidates selected for this role will be trained across multiple products and will have the ability to grow into more complex projects and solutions over time. This position requires that you be dynamic, organized, and a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage multiple implementation projects across different products
• Understand user operations, anticipate needs, and pursue efficient solutions through application configuration and deployment
• Train and teach clients on how to best utilize Advantive solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations
• Conduct implementation project review meetings with clients to ensure that proper setup and practice is being performed
• Regularly communicate project status to key stakeholders
• Stay up to date on latest software releases and new features

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a concentration in one of Business, Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing
• Teaching experience in any capacity a plus
• Troubleshooting skills to analyze, translate and resolve software inquiries
• Superior people skills: team-oriented, fast learner, and very personable
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve success
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal guidance and continuously meet deadlines
• Passionate about improving client experience and ways to improve internal processes
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suites
• Travel up to 50% may be required
