We are Atlas Immigration Foundation. We have an immediate opening for Call Center Reps. Must be able to speak Portuguese, Spanish and English. Most of our clients are from Latin Countries including Brazil. I
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls from clients that contact us via phone, social media and our Whatsapp groups.
- Set appointments for the new clients for screenings in our calendars
- Set appointments for our marketing team for follow ups.
- Must have good computer and phone skills.
- Must be able to work 9 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday.
- Must have good communication skills.
This candidate will help the clients with booking appointments and help with cultivating community awareness for immigration with directors.
Job Details:
You must submit your resume along with your proof of eligibility to work in the USA and specify which area of immigration you have the most concentration of expertise in. We also require that you provide us with your annual salary request in your cover letter.
