Lakeview Farms is seeking a Imaging and Media Specialist to join our growing company!

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for performing Photoshop duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Graphic design, photoshop, and image editing for the marketing and product commercialization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the staging, photography, and editing of images of Lakeview Farms products, in accordance with brand standards and customer requirements.
• Uploading, managing, and updating product image assets in portals, company website (WordPress), product locator (Destini), virtual food show booths, and other online resources.
• Working with Brand Managers, CMO, and Sales team to provide product images and rendered mockup images for presentations.
• Work with Graphics Specialist to create and design collateral materials such as sell sheets, PowerPoints, coupons, advertisements, food show materials and various other design projects as requested.
• Prepare, print, cut, and apply comp labels for pre-run images.
• Maintain identity and standards for each brands’ logos and elements, and provide for Sales and Brand Managers as needed.
• Use SAAS solution (SmartFlow) to track completion of updates within project workflows. * Use ERP (NaVision) to gather appropriate information and complete sample retrievals.
• Build items in customer portals and provide all new item specs and imaging for sales
• Various other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Digital Media or Photography (or related field)
• Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and InDesign
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
• Willingness and ability to learn new computer programs/software
• Photography experience and excellent editing skills
• Experience with web design and/or maintenance
• Proficient with Mac OS and Windows OS
• Bonus: Experience with SAAS and/or ERP
• Bonus: Experience with uploading to portals and/or social media
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Must be highly organized, capable of multi-tasking and managing time and priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, to meet strict deadlines
• Clear and effective communication (written and verbal)
• Eye for design & color accuracy

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,500.00 per year
