Location: Madawaska, Maine
Shifts: Multiple 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Duration: 3-4 Week Project
The ideal candidate must meet some or all of the following requirements:
- Required certification: International Code Council (ICC) - S1 Structural Steel and bolting certification
- Required: Passport, Must be able to go to Canada
- Preferred: AWS CWI Experience - Testing of bolts using a Whelm-skidmore device. Bolt torquing and bolt tensioning methods.
- Use of Torque wrench, tension control bolts, turn-of-nut method, direct tension indicators
Qualified professionals will also have:
- Ability to communicate with colleagues and clients of all levels
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to provide inspection reports in a timely manor
- Reliable means of transportation & valid driver’s license
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications
- Willingness to work: outside on a bridge erection site, in possible adverse weather conditions, on elevated work site,
- Works well with a team and individually
