Skills Required:
- 4 to 5+ years’ experience in IT data center Monitoring suite of Products
- Good Operational experience On IBM Tivoli Monitoring 6.x and ITCAM
- Good Understanding of Event Management, Rules configuration and integrations
- Experience and good understanding with all aspects of IT network/ infrastructure management and
- related protocols (e.g., SNMP, SBNP, IPsec, MIB, ICMP, etc.)
- Familiarity with integrated EMS (Event Management System).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
