Responsibilities:

  • You will still have sales goals, but your main function is to be the “go to” for complicated issues, recall resolution and team technical training and support.
  • Must present newly acquired knowledge to the Technical Advisor once per month. This may include use of new tools, product technology or training methodology.
  • Meet with technical advisor and go over recalls and opportunities.
  • Ride with and train technicians on advanced systems.
  • Assist with customer concern resolution with managers in the office, also resolve customer concerns in the field.
  • Present on several topics in L10 meetings.
  • Assist in running an L10 meeting (or run it without a manager at times).
  • Help design and build training and test out procedures.
  • Be responsible for signing off on technical ability of Learn & Earn and M1 technicians.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 10+ years HVAC equipment service / install experience in a residential setting
  • Hold both Minneapolis and St Paul competency cards.
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • You must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and effectively communicate with other technicians and our customers.
  • Be a TEAMPLAYER
  • Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business
