HVAC Superintendent - Commercial Job at Odulair, LLC
Job Description Responsibilities for the HVAC Superintendent are:
- Totally accountable for the quality installation of the project
- Reviewing submittals for accuracy and compliance
- Identifying potential change orders
- Customer relations
- Conduct weekly safety meetings
- Attend cost/job reviews
- Schedule manpower and also responsible for hiring workers and performing installation work yourself along with others
- Interpret HVAC drawings for craft installation
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions
- Perform material take-offs, ordering tools, materials, and equipment in a timely fashion to maximize field productivity
- Coordination of installation between trades and coordinate sub-contractor progress
- Ensure all on-site employees comply with OSHA standards & MCC work rules
- Schedule equipment deliveries and periodic inspections by governing authorities
- Administer construction contract
- Monitor labor reporting, job cost reviews and prepare time sheets and two week look a heads
- Complete jobs on time and under budget
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
