HVAC Installer Lead
We're looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join Dick Hill and Son Heating and Air Conditioning's Team!

Dick Hill and Son Heating and Air Conditioning has been the best choice in the New Lebanon, Ohio and Richmond, Indiana area for residential and commercial heating and air conditioning sales, installation, service and repair. Our ability to remain successful for all of these years has been a tribute to our company culture and team contributions.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm or until the job is completed; some overtime required, as needed
Installer Summary: To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Mentor entry level installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Clean, insurable driving record
- Must be able to install most residential gas furnaces and air conditioners with little supervision
- Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork systems
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting start up, and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
- General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage wiring and understand and apply all codes for proper installation of equipment
- Able to train and supervise others
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company
- Must be comfortable with technology such as iPad, tablets, and mobile phones
- EPA Universal Cert required
- NATE certification preferred
