The Talent Acquisition Manager will make sure we have the talent to succeed and that future employees have the right characteristics to fit in well with our organization.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! Recruiting the right candidates is pivotal to Arcs success and ability to innovate. As a TA Manager, you will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. You'll be in charge of planning, developing and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for our company. The TA Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of our recruiting team and will work closely with internal stakeholders on recruiting initiatives as the company scales up. Our ideal candidate is mission-driven and passionate about providing frontline support. We need a team builder who can express our vision and is relentless in their pursuit of building the best team!

  • ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Investigate and determine employee needs

    • Develop a sustainable talent acquisition, hiring plans and strategies

    • Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

    • Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast

    • Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, etc.)

    • Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process

    • Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

    • Suggest measures for improving employee retention

    • Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team

    • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

    • Attend career & college fairs and similar events

    • Determine HR and recruiting KPIs

    • Create and present KPI reports

    • Manage the Paycom Talent Acquisition System (ATS)

    • Manage posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, EdJoin, HandShake, etc.

    • Mentor the recruiting team, such that each team member is well positioned to reach their hiring goals and advance in their careers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a relevant field.

  • A minimum of five years of experience in recruitment is required

  • HR Generalist/HR Management experience desired

  • Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools, such as e-mail, search engines, social media, blogs, job boards, and job postings required.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking system

  • Technically adequate and competent

  • Proficiency using MS Suite, calendaring, and shared drives.

  • Ability to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings.

  • Prior experience working in a team-oriented and fast-paced organization.

  • Passion for results, resilience, self-confidence, and the desire to do an exceptional job.
