Human Resources Generalist
Location: Sorrento Valley
Hours: Monday - Friday - 1st Shift 40 Hr. Weeks

Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for making sure that employees follow all policies and procedures.
- Day-to-day management of personnel, communications, and policy administration.
- Assist with daily operations to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Handling compensation, payroll and benefits responsibilities using Workforce Now/ADP
Requirements Include:
- 5 Yrs recent HR Experience
- 3+ Yrs experience with ADP
- Payroll Administration - Experience in handling compensation, payroll and benefits administration
- Experience with Google Business and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent multi tasking and prioritizing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information that must not be shared with others
Compensation: DOE - In the $35.00 Hr - $42.00 Hr range
