We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist at a High-Tech Lighting Manufacturing company in Austin, Texas!

This professional will work with their Austin leadership team to anticipate the needs of the organization and execute HR programs such as:

• Attracting and retaining exceptional talent
• Overseeing the execution of onboarding for new employees
• Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to management team (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Coordinating and performing all HRIS and benefit processes
• Identifying training needs and partnering with the learning organization to successfully execute programs
• Ensuring job rotations for development and learning
• Partnering with leaders to ensure compensation and performance management programs are properly executed
• Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
• Experience collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• At least five years of HR experience in a manufacturing or center of distribution experience
• Bachelor's Degree with a min of 3.0 GPA is a must
• Manufacturing or distribution center experience is a must
• Understand recruiting in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
• Any MFG environment is acceptable
• Able to travel (twice a year)
• Experience working effectively in a matrix organization
• Experience collaboratively driving projects with cross-functional teams
• Passionate about working with people
