We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for our HR Associate I opening.

Job Duties:

  • Conduct sourcing and recruitment process
  • Coordinate staffing changes for payroll
  • Under the guidance of a Lead HR Representative, act as liaison to employees and managers for all inquiries
  • Work with a Lead HRR to enforce all corporate policies
  • Observe training programs throughout the year with expectation to execute once observation is complete
  • Assist in planning company events as required
  • Under the guidance of a Lead HRR, observe progressive discipline process
  • Under the guidance of a Lead HRR, observe coaching & counseling
  • Conduct monthly compliance audits as required
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times
  • Assist Lead HRR, HR Manager and Sr. HR Manager with special projects as required
  • During the introductory period, you will be observing/training. Once the introductory period concludes, you will be expected to, with limited guidance, perform responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • BS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Labor Relations or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher & Outlook)
  • Positive attitude
  • Commitment to working outside of standard business hours, on occasion, when required. Many of our companies operate 24/7 and HR may be required to support the lines of business outside of the regular hours.

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills in English (and Spanish is a plus)
