We’re seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join The Splendido team. This position is responsible for recruitment activities, onboarding, database entry and management, responding to employee inquiries, participating in employee relations, administering benefits and other essential human resources functions. Excellent communication skills, confidentiality, superior organization and time management skills are required. Spanish speaking is helpful.

Schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm with flexibility to adjust to business needs
