Human Performance Assistant Job at Parkview Health
Summary
Assists the Manager of PSM Human Performance, and PSM Human Performance Specialists, with managing daily operations in all PSM Performance facilities, including, but not be limited to: data entry and input of all PSM performance data, use online computer software for participant check-ins and updated member accounts. Performs cash, check, and credit card transactions accurately; regularly cleans facility and maintains facilities and equipment; attends all scheduled meetings and trainings; understands and enforces PSM facility rules and safety procedures.
Education
High School diploma required.
Licensure/Certification
CPR/ AED and first aid.
Experience
One year experience in health and fitness setting preferred.
Other Qualifications
Excellent verbal/nonverbal communication and listening skills. Strong work ethic that includes punctuality, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude. Confidence and desire to create new relationships quickly. Ability to quickly acquire and apply new knowledge and skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, MS Windows). Familiarity with basic cash-handling procedures. Understands and follows employee standards of conduct and ethics. Works morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
