The HRIS Supervisor is important to the success of the Armstrong Group’s key strategic initiatives. This role is responsible for providing a wide range of HRIS analytical hands-on support, HRIS system enhancements/updates and reporting knowledge.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll do a lot of great things in this role and have the opportunity to expand into other areas, but the key responsibilities you can expect to perform on a regular basis include:

  • Manage our Workday HRIS system including projects, implementations, future development and working with peers for other system integrations
  • Develop and maintain integrations to/from various platforms related to HRIS, Payroll, and other record keeping programs.
  • Regularly complete ad-hoc reports and advanced analytics
  • Develop and deliver training to end users

What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum five years of HRIS experience
  • Proficient technical skills including Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
  • Hands-on Experience Workday HRIS and understands system security, org structures and how a Human Capital Management (HCM) module works and connects with payroll
  • Experienced in maintaining and building integrations
