The HRIS & Reporting Analyst will support and maintain our HRIS system, hrlink. This role will work closely with HR and business users across the globe to provide functional support and guidance to system end users. This role will also be responsible for routine and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct day-to-day HR data maintenance activities
  • Create and maintain organizational units within HRIS
  • Resolve problems and respond to questions utilizing knowledge of HRIS system functionality
  • Use standard reporting tools to write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries
  • Help maintain global HR data to ensure compliance and data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data
  • Develop standard reports for ongoing customer needs and ad hoc HR data requests as needed, working with staff to identify information requirements
  • Conduct EEO diversity/AAP reporting
  • Support system administration activities such as functionality testing as needed

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of HRIS work experience
  • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft Query
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Access a plus
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management; including cross functional colleagues in Finance, HR & Legal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong decision making capabilities
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Analytical skills to evaluate and interpret data
  • Confident communication skills; both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently with little guidance and operate effectively in a team environment

The salary range for this position is $62,500 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
