Responsibilities:

  • Drive the overall HRIS roadmap and lead the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR Systems that include payroll and benefits.
  • Support all HRIS systems (needs analysis, research, design, testing, quality control, deployment, training, and administration) and human resources end users in the use of HRIS applications and desktop tools (recruitment, performance management, and document management systems and software).
  • Provide centralized support for new hire onboarding into UKG, data validation, and employee life cycle details thereafter.
  • Oversee implementation and ongoing administration of UKG systems (both Pro and Workforce Management) and associated modules in collaboration with HR and other functional teams.
  • Design and implement integration with other non-UKG systems, both internally and externally.
  • Perform UKG system administrative functions including maintenance, configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.
  • Create technical configuration including business process workflow, custom fields, custom validations, custom reports, dashboards, integrations, and access rights updates as applicable.
  • Act as the organization's lead change agent in preparation and implementation of forthcoming modules and rollouts.
  • Stays up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to UKG and HCM systems.
  • Liaise with UKG user community to access best practices.

Required qualifications:

  • 4 + years' experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • System implementation and integration experience required
  • Prior experience with UKG, Ultimate Software, Kronos, Workday, D365, LMS systems and/or Employee Navigator highly preferred
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to multi-task efficiently with exceptional attention to detail are a must
  • Must possess the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a collaborative manner with employees at all levels across the organization
  • Ability to exercise appropriate judgement and handle highly sensitive, confidential information
  • Experience in Change and Project Management
