Job Description:
The HR Specialist supports all regions of Baptist Health for the BHMG, Home Health, Value Based Care, Accountable Care, and Clinically Integrated Network entities. The HR Specialist will support the human resources transactional functions including, but not limited to, licensure/certification tracking, leave of absence administration, and compliance tracking. Provides support to the HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR leaders as requested.
Demonstrates commitment to the philosophy, mission, vision and values of Baptist Health by maintaining established policies and procedures, organizational objectives, process improvement, and quality/safety standards.
