Hot N Juicy Crawfish has an excellent job opportunity for a HR Recruiter. As the HR Recruiter, you will be based out of the Falls Church, Virginia office.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsbile for full cycle recruiting for entry-level to senior leader positions.
- Creatively source qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels.
- Oversee all requisitions in full compliance with employment laws and company policy.
- Establish and track key metrics related to producer talent acquisition and performance.
- Collaborate with the HR manager to identify hiring needs for all locations.
- Be comfortable working independently and with a team.

Requirements:
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt employees.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of employment laws (multi-state).
- Ability to work 50-55 hours per week.
- Restaurant recruiting experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
