HR Onboarding Specialist // Quick Offer Job at Resource Logistics, Inc.
Position: HR Onboarding Specialist
Location: 2777 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207
Duration: 2 to 3+ months w/p of extension
Shift: 5x8s , Day (Mon to Fri)
Hourly Pay Rate: $24 - $30/hr on W2
Start Date: ASAP
Skills:
Conduct and coordinate onboarding tasks for newly hired or transferring employees to include background checks, drug screens, and verification of credentials, when applicable, to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Provide assistance/support as needed for HR tasks, programs, and special projects including front desk coverage, back-up coverage, and other related duties as assigned.
Education:
Required: At least 1 year Customer service experience, High School Diploma or GED required. Preferred: 2 Year Associate Degree and at least 1 year of Administrative or other relevant experience, in a hospital or service environment.
