A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HR GENERALIST
As a HR Generalist, you will assist CLC Leadership and ensure of state and federal employment law. The HR Generalist serves as the point of contact for systems issues and policies & procedures in Human Resources areas. HR Generalist is responsible for employee relations and investigations in their responsible area. The Generalist will perform and maintain retention processes and provide the direction and support to help the hiring managers to ensure adequate staffing is provided for the persons supported, this includes those set by DDSN, DHHS, DHEC, ALLIANT, CQL, and other regulatory bodies.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check upon hire
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with 2 years' experience, or an Associate degree with 3 years' experience, and or a High School diploma with 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist
- Experience in administering Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
