We Are Hiring:
Ascension is seeking a HR Data Processor- LCE (License, Certification, and Education) to join the team in Indiana.
This is a mostly remote role, however, you are required to live in Indiana to attend on-site meetings in Indianapolis, IN about 1 time/month.

Ascension is seeking a HR Data Processor- LCE (License, Certification, and Education) to join the team in Indiana.
This is a mostly remote role, however, you are required to live in Indiana to attend on-site meetings in Indianapolis, IN about 1 time/month.
Assist with the administration of position and associate data change service requests. Provide exceptional customer service ensuring specific ministry Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives are achieved.
- Assist with reviews and processes of HR service requests and transactions. Perform mass data changes as required.
- Assist with the governance and measuring the effectiveness of the corrective action & problem resolution process.
- Collect, tag, and file all of the necessary supporting documentation that are related to HR service requests and transactions.
- Support the talent acquisition and staffing services managers in their efforts to coordinate the work activity for department.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
