GENERAL PURPOSE:

Provide clerical support and coordination for human resources and payroll related duties as it relates to operations under the direction and supervision of Human Resources. The duties and responsibilities are a general summary and not limited to those duties.

DUTIES:

  • On-boarding, new hire paperwork and orientation
  • Filing
  • Create Reports on Excel
  • Review payroll reports for accuracy
  • Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ year experience in Human Resources or a position where you handled HR duties.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish Preferred
  • Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Organizational and Multi-Tasking
  • Accurate and detail oriented
  • Deadline oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of management
  • Able to facilitate conversations between employees and bring resolution to conflict
  • Thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
