GENERAL PURPOSE:
Provide clerical support and coordination for human resources and payroll related duties as it relates to operations under the direction and supervision of Human Resources. The duties and responsibilities are a general summary and not limited to those duties.
DUTIES:
- On-boarding, new hire paperwork and orientation
- Filing
- Create Reports on Excel
- Review payroll reports for accuracy
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ year experience in Human Resources or a position where you handled HR duties.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish Preferred
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Organizational and Multi-Tasking
- Accurate and detail oriented
- Deadline oriented with excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of management
- Able to facilitate conversations between employees and bring resolution to conflict
- Thrive in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
