Job Description

YRCI does not enforce a vaccination requirement for our employees. For client-site positions, Federal agencies may request information regarding the vaccination status of selected applicants for the purposes of implementing other workplace safety protocols, such as protocols related to masking, physical distancing, testing, travel, and quarantine.

  • Scan Benefits and Retirement documents to client drive and site.
  • Retrieve records from a secure file room.
  • Prepare and scan various documents for electronic retention purposes.
  • Process and organize scanned documents for retention on network and drives.
  • Maintain security of files in possession; and properly store/dispose of scanned materials.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The scanning team will perform verification and validation activities during the scanning process to ensure:

  • PDF image quality – the scanned image must be readable and not, incomplete (e.g., has no faded area), misaligned, or in any fashion or manner different from the source document.
  • Legibility – the scanned image must mirror the legibility of the source document. There are instances where the source document is of inferior quality and the acceptable legibility will be based on the legibility of the source document.
  • Completeness – the scanned image must be whole and not a portion of the source document.
  • Two-sided and multi-page documents are captured correctly in accordance with the agency business rules. Tears and folding on the source document must be corrected, to the extent possible, to ensure a complete document image.
  • Alignment – The scanned image orientation must mirror that of the source document scanned. The agency must ensure that scanned images are presented in the correct orientation in electronic Personnel Folder (eOPF).
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Required
  • 3 years' experience in Federal HR business processes.
