HR Advisor / Counselor (736338) Job at Aramco Services Company
Basic Function
Provides Human Resources (HR) services and support to address moderately complex problems or issues in an area of HR (Academic & Technical Programs) while maintaining the integrity of the company’s policies and practices.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with identified students with mental health struggles
- Utilize a variety of short-term counseling models, strategies, and techniques
- Monitor, support, and document student’s treatment plan
- Develop a personalized relationship with students
- Respond to student’s crisis situations
- Develop and maintain a data base of all mental health resources by location
- Develop and send information and notices about mental health to our students and advisors
- Monitor and track students and academic progress
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Degree in Counseling or related field of study
- Typically, five to ten (5-10) years of experience in the field
- Experience in college mental health, including crisis assessment and management, mental health triage, and deferrals.
- Mental health clinicians experience is preferred
- Arabic speaking is preferred
- Must be able to comprehend and communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in English.
