Evolutions Treatment Center is currently hiring for a Housing Supervisor at our Fort Lauderdale outpatient program.

Evolutions Treatment Center is a mental health and substance abuse treatment facility, offering inpatient and outpatient services in South Florida. We are a team of high quality mental health and substance abuse professionals, including Psychiatrists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nursing staff, among others.

We are currently hiring for the position of Director of Housing who can join us at our Fort Lauderdale location. The ideal candidate will be available to work 12PM-8PM, either Tuesday - Saturday OR Sunday - Thursday.

Qualifications:

• You must have a minimum 5 years of experience in a Managerial or Directorial role in a Healthcare company.
• Past experience as a Behavioral Health Technician Supervisor and/or Housing Supervisor preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of facility operations for behavioral health providers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced enviornment with excellent time-management skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing the healthcare facility’s policies and procedures, ensuring that best practices are followed, and resolving cases where the facility is out of compliance
• Finding innovative ways to optimize services while also reducing the facility’s costs
• Developing departmental goals and objectives for workers to improve the patient experience
• Providing support to different departments to manage optimal workflow
• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
• Bridge communication gaps between the operations department and other units (e.g., between providers and department managers)
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects. Evaluate current operational strategies and recommend improvements.
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Work closely with different departments and BHT team to make sure activities remain compliant
• Research and work towards betterment and growth of the organization.
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
