Housing Assistant Job at United Helpers
United Helpers, founded in 1898, is seeking Housing Assistant with the skills, compassion and commitment to deliver high-quality services to people in St. Lawrence County.
Responsibilities include processing tenant certifications, third party verifications, monthly billing, cash receipt & charge journals for several housing complexes we manage in the area.
This position will also participate in and help resolve caretaker and/or tenant concerns and help maintain an organizational wait list. The successful applicant must provide superior customer service in a fast-paced, multitask environment and possess excellent organizational and time management skills, telephone and computer skills.
Applicants must possess an Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Administration from a recognized college or a High School education with Business Major and at least three years office experience in a health care office. Applicants must have a valid NYS driver’s license as travel between complexes is required.
