HOUSEKEEPER – SENIOR CARE

Arcadia at Limerick Pointe is a retirement community for seniors. We are looking for individuals who love to clean. At Arcadia, we offer weekly housekeeping to residents in their rental apartment. This service allows our team members to help seniors take pride in their home and in our community. We offer a work environment that is designed in a culture of respect and appreciation. Job Responsibilities:

· Clean resident’s apartments on a routine basis, including but not limited to dusting, cleaning, and sanitizing all surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and changing bed and linens.

· Clean and maintain common areas, public bathrooms, and trash removal services.

· Assists with safety checks of cords, lights fixtures, and appliances.

Job Skills:

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required

· Ability to communicate in English or Limited English Proficiency

· Ability to follow directions and problem solve.

· Ability to promote a safe and resident focus environment through regulatory guidance.

· Communicates with respect and understanding of other’s age and cultural differences

· Ability to work some holidays and weekends / flex scheduling available.

· Willing to train any individual who has a passion for helping seniors.
