Housekeeping Manager Job at Hampton by Hilton Richland/Tri-Cities
Hampton Inn Richland/Tri-Cities, the award-winning hotel in Tri-Cities, WA next to the scenic Columbia River, is looking to hire a motivated, dedicated and passionate Housekeeping Manager to lead their Housekeeping team.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Overall cleanliness of the hotel including guest rooms and public areas, and upholding our high standards of cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction
- Responsible for hiring/terminations, training, scheduling, maintaining and motivating a dedicated and skilled staff
- Maintain inventory of supplies and linens, working alongside Management team to adhere to provided budget
- This is a working manager's position and will be required to inspect guestrooms daily, clean rooms and/or assist in laundry as needed for the overall success of the team
