Van Rensselaer Manor Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility Troy, NY 12180
We are looking for Heavy Duty Cleaning Techs: Heavy Duty Laborers & Light Duty Laborers to take care of our facility and perform maintenance duties as assigned by our Environmental Services Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Prefer experienced cleaner, but will train candidates with a good work ethic
- Perform and document routine maintenance activities
- Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Two shifts available: 7am-3pm & 3pm - 11pm
Skills
- Have a positive attitude and want to work
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery; able to lift up to 100 pounds
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- MUST be a Rensselaer County resident
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.34 per hour
