Join us as a full-time Housekeeper at our University Village student housing location! This position will work Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the campus and ensuring that visitors, residents, families, and staff have a positive impression. Additional duties include cleaning of common areas, project cleaning and seasonal cleaning duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart
- Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule.
- Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues
- Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean and safe.
- Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience
- Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest.
- Ability to motivate oneself and work independently
- Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Good work ethic
- Maintains confidentiality
- Able to read, write, spell, do basic math, speak and understand English.
