We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Residential/Commercial Cleaner - hired as a subcontractor.

Please note that the hours required for this role will vary from week to week based on demand.

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in both residential and commercial properties, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas, and other designated areas following established guidelines and standards.
• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop floors, and remove trash to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to ensure a spotless appearance.
• Restock and maintain supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning products.
• Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe and responsible manner.
• Follow established schedules and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient cleaning operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or special requests in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and adapt to cleaning procedures is essential.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects, as required.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Flexible availability to accommodate occasional weekend or evening cleaning assignments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
