Title: Hospital Technology Support Technician

Contract Duration: 12/27/22 - 3/9/23
Pay: $20/hr w/ $500 Completion Bonus
Job Description
Our client, one of the largest health systems in the country, is implementing new enterprise-wide software, and needs technology-proficient representatives to assist end users with device configuration ahead of software go live. This engagement will take place in a hospital setting and the ideal candidate will be at a designated kiosk to support hospital employees in device setup and configuration on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Assist hospital employees with personal device setup, configuration and troubleshooting
- Provide a friendly and warm experience to the hospital employees upon arrival
- Walk hospital employees through secure sign on authentication processes and other security measures (training will be administered prior)
Requirements
- Flexible work schedule, as the support kiosk is open from 5:30am to 8:00pm. There will be multiple shifts, including on call, so flexibility is preferred.
- Technology proficient to be able to troubleshoot basic IT issues
- Friendly, customer service attitude
- Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement is offered if applicable)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 per hour
