Home Health Aide (HHA) Job at Partners Senior Living
$2000.00 sign on bonus for full time and $1000.00 sign on bonus for part time for awesome people who join our team! We do not require the Covid-19 vaccination.
Pierz Meadow Ponds is looking for Home Health Aids to join their amazing team as an HHA. We have both part time as well as full time positions available - shifts vary from days, evenings to overnights.
The HHA is responsible for direct resident care. This care includes bathing, med administration, toileting, dressing/grooming, meal set up and any other cares directed by resident’s specific care plan.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Must provide a helpful and caring attitude towards residents, families and other staff. Must be able to effectively communicate with residents, families and other staff to ensure the highest quality of care and customer service is provided. Must be able to respond to emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and effectively. Must be able to recognize and report significant changes in a resident’s health status. Must be able to complete all job requirements according to established facility policies and procedures. Must be able to accurately document and chart as needed.
