Proud Mary is a new full-service cafe opening on South Lamar this August and we are hiring.
THE ROLE
The purpose of the Dishwasher is to ensure that all dishes are kept clean and organized throughout the entire kitchen to ensure smooth service and enhance customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Washing dishes in a timely manner
- Keeping dish pit organized
- Time management to complete prep tasks alongside dish duties (ex: juice, peeling potatoes)
- Responsible for taking out trash, compost and rags throughout the day
- Cooperation with kitchen team
- Cleaning duties when quiet
- Following safe food practices
- Completing end of day closing tasks, cleaning
EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
