A client of ours in San Antonio, TX has an immediate need for several Customer Service/Help Desk resources that will be permitted to work remotely with the first day onsite.

Position Overview:
Customer Service/Help Desk Associates assists providers/suppliers and authorized representatives with gaining access to multiple Government Web-based applications. In addition to supporting access to the applications, the associate will also provide Helpdesk support for system-related issues and questions relating to:

Requirements needed to support the Help Desk

  • Assist with forgotten ID
  • Assist with the forgotten password
  • Disable/enable user Change Users Role
  • Assist with User Group registration, deletion, profile update
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service or helpdesk roles.
  • HS Diploma
  • Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
  • Should have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to pass 3 assessments (Typing, Customer Service, Basic Computer Literacy.)
