Job Summary

The focus of this position requires a specialist orientation to completing detailed, accurate work based on established guidelines. Job tasks and performance expectations regarding quality of work and accuracy are well defined by existing standards, systems and technology. A conscientious, disciplined approach to work is essential. Consistent, error free work, produced in a steady, methodical manner is key measures of job performance success. Job knowledge and competency is built through formal training and on-the-job practice with cooperative peers. Management leadership provides consistent coaching and support to assure confidence in performing each job responsibility. To meet the goals of the organization, and to support the needs of people to achieve accurate results, the job environment is structured, even paced, and cooperative.


Daily Duties Include:

  • IT asset control and distribution
  • Client customer service support both internal and external
  • LIS portal help and guidance
  • Solve communication and networking issue
  • Wireless trouble shooting knowledge
  • Phone system support
  • Basic Networking issues
