JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Help Desk Analyst for one of our premier clients. This person will serve as the first point of contact for personnel seeking technical assistance via phone, e-mail and remote support. This position will assist the Information Technology department by resolving helpdesk tickets and maintaining inventory. In addition, he or she will be responsible for onboarding of devices for new hires, asset management, offboarding management, and lifecycle management of hardware. The ideal candidate will have experience working with O365 (Teams, Exchange online, SharePoint, OneDrive). He or she will also be responsible for assisting with the backlog of tickets as well. The is a 100% ON SITE role in the Woodlands.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

3-5 years of experience as a Help Desk Analyst
O365 experience (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
Can work independently in a fast pace environment
Strong verbal skills

DESIRED SKILLS
