What You Will Do

  • Configure/Deploy workstations & end-user devices; assists users w/initial set-up
  • Provide user tech support, troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • Diagnose issues with laptops, desktops, printers, as well as with the server/network
  • Manage user accounts, leveraging tools like Active Directory, O-365, and others
  • Communicate professionally/timely to ensure superior customer service to all users
  • Arrange service by software/hardware vendors to repair and/or replace products

Physical Requirements

  • This role involves sitting/walking/bending, & ability to operate various equipment.
  • Occasional lifting and carrying items up to 50 or more pounds

What You Bring To This Role

  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Must be able/willing to work 100% on-site in Exton, PA
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
  • IT certifications are a big plus
  • Knowledge of/Experience w/VMware, Linux, ASP.NET, & remote desktop apps a plus
  • Can troubleshoot PCs, telecom, mobile phones, tablets, printers, & basic network
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Server, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS)
