Overview:
Atlantic Health System is seeking a Full Time Corporate Wellness Coordinator/ Health Educator for the Corporate Health Services department at Morristown Medical Center primarily working 8-4pm.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, oversee and evaluate using individual and population-based health promotion strategies to improve lifestyle choices and create a healthy corporate environment
  • Monitor programs to assure: efficient and effective quality service, as well as, employee health outcomes
  • Report program and process data to internal and external clients
  • Serve as a community health and wellness resource person
  • Perform related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Promotion, Health Education, Human Services or other related field from an accredited institution required.
Minimum Experience:
  • Ideal candidate has two plus years of experience providing health and wellness promotion programs within appropriate sector.
Licenses/Certifications:
  • Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) strongly preferred, or CHES-eligible.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
