DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a Head of Growth to join and lead the Growth team at Circle Medical Technologies. As we continue to grow, we are constantly searching for exceptional talent to be a part of our team. This position is based out of San Francisco, California.


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Growth Execution:
  • Build an experimentation engine that enables experimentation at scale: growth lever hypothesis generation, experiment design, results analysis, and iteration to maximize learning
  • Productize learnings by effectively and efficiently moving MVP tests to scaleable, production-ready changes
  • Strategic ownership of distribution and engagement channels to drive acquisition, retention, and monetization

  • Customer Knowledge:
  • Extract and interpret qualitative and quantitative data accurately, communicating infrastructural needs related to tracking and instrumentation as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of what motivates and shapes patient behavior, navigating and leveraging the difference between perceived and actual user motivations and psychology
  • Effectively communicate with different user segments and position products to address their needs, using message testing experimentation, positioning surveys, and other forms of user research

  • Growth Strategy:
  • Accurately model how the company grows to guide the investment of time and resources
  • Balance headcount and manage marketing expenses across channels and at an overall budget level
  • Drive strategic alignment across the company to determine when to make larger investments in growth and what those investments should be
  • Partner with the finance team to forecast growth and allocate capital, influencing annual plan and company P&L
  • Maintain a balanced portfolio of long-term investments and short-term successes to drive rapid growth that compounds over time

  • Communication & Influence:
  • Manage and mentor a team of direct reports and/or cross-functional reports, enabling them to successfully deliver on Growth areas, continuously improve against growth competencies, deliver meaningful business outcomes, and achieve career objectives
  • Help the team maintain a growth mindset and build up a tolerance for failure
  • Build a strong growth culture by communicating growth learnings to the company to enable organizational buy-in and make growth work accessible to the rest of the organization
  • Manage growth stakeholders effectively, building solid partnerships to collaborate effectively across the organization
  • Serve as a resource to product and business leaders so that growth objectives are integrated into their output
  • Be the public face of the growth team in order to elevate the company’s image and attract top candidates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING (REQUIREMENTS):

  • 5 + experience in Growth fields
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent analytical skills and proven ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in GSuite or similar web-based applications

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE:

  • Experience in search engine marketing / paid acquisition
  • Prior experience in a healthcare technology startup
  • Experience collaborating and/or managing remote teams
  • Understanding of product development cycle and experience collaborating with developers
COMPENSATION

In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on output levels and options to trade cash for stock.

This is a full-time, salaried position with an annual salary range of $160K through $192K USD plus stock options, generous vacation, full medical/dental benefits, 401K, and more.
