Fierce Orlando is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cheer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cheerleading, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for cheerleading teams
- Plan and execute cheerleading routines and stunts
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Attend practices, games, and competitions
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members
- Maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
Requirements:
- Cheer experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of current cheerleading trends and techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends.
- Ability to pass a background check
Salary:
Starting pay $18 hr.
