Vacation Myrtle Beach manages 14 family-oriented and advantageously located resorts featuring the best playgrounds and water parks in Myrtle Beach. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable and fun-filled vacation for our guests year-round.
Come join our VMB family! We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join Beach Colony Resort! Beach Colony Resort is an ocean front property located in Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates will also possess an eye for detail, passion for hospitality, and a desire to exceed every guest’s expectation.
Guest Services Rep responsibilities include:
- Answer guests’ questions and offer information and assistance
- Check guests in or out of the resort
- Answer telephones
- Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative and computer skills are required
- Enthusiasm & passion for customer service
- Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive and self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with team members
- Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
- Hospitality Experience preferred
- IqWare experience preferred
- Microsoft Office experience
