Ricart Automotive is rapidly growing and we're preparing for our future! We are looking for a Group Controller to oversee the Accounting Offices for each of the Ricart Operating businesses. The Group Controller will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and support the Ricart Leadership Team. Who You Are:

Our ideal candidate is driven, trusted and sharp. We're looking for a proven accountant with 7+ years' experience, strong working knowledge of finance law and regulatory standards (GAAP), and a passion for leading people. Candidates with their CPA certification and experience in the Automotive industry is a bonus!

What You'll Do:

The Group Controller will oversee the Accounting Offices for each of the Ricart Automotive operating businesses. They will perform or supervise the accounting/bookkeeping for the Ricart Automotive Group's ancillary businesses (performed in QuickBooks), as well as provide support to the Leadership Team.

• Lead, manage, hold accountable and support the Controllers' and their accounting teams with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity
• Oversee and review the monthly financial statements for the various Ricart businesses, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with appropriate accounting and regulatory standards, as well as the requirements of manufacturers and credit agreements
• Coordinate/lead the year-end engagements with the outside CPAs to ensure timely completion for the various outside financial statements and tax returns
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow
• Help develop and support short and long-term operational and financial strategies
• In conjunction with the CFO, establish and monitor financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards
