We are looking to hire experienced arborists or those new to the industry! All levels are provided on-the-job training on all equipment and techniques to ensure job safety and efficiency. We are looking for crew members with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures and policies
• Work as part of a team
• Take part in a pre-job briefing with the crew
• Haul wood, branches, brush, and debris
• Brush chipper operation
• Use chainsaws to clear brush and remove trees
• Pole-sawing
• Operate aerial buckets to clear power lines and right-of-ways
• Grind stumps
• Climb trees using appropriate safety equipment
• Maintain and proper upkeep of all tools and equipment
• Drive equipment to and from job sites
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned

Physical Requirements (include but are not limited to):

• Lift, carry, push, pull, and drag up to 80lbs frequently
• Climb trees for limbing or topping using spikes/belts/ropes
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and drag tree limbs/branches/brush and feed into a brush chipper
• Stand and walk up to 2 hours at a time
• Working near or under high-voltage energized power lines
• Working in varying temperatures: 90F to -25F
• Withstand heights up to 60 feet
• Ability to work in conditions/areas which may include: dust, pollen, smoke, noxious weeds, poison ivy, bees, and other insects
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
