We are the recipient of the 2021 Omaha Metropolitan Area Tourism Award for the best restaurant in Pottawattamie County and we have been nominated for the Readers Choice Award for over 15 years straight.

We are a local staple and looking for the right person to join us.

1.Grill Cooks prepare food items such as meats, steaks, fish, vegetables, and cheese using a grill.

2. Duties are: regulating grill temperature, portioning food, labeling items, maintaining the cooking area clean, discarding wastes and expired food, and managing inventories.

3.Essential qualifications are basic cooking skills, safety regulations knowledge, customer service orientation, time management, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Culinary experience is a plus but not needed. We are looking for someone with at least 1-2 years experience but not limited to train the right person. If you have no experience and want to learn a new skill, we will train you on the job. A candidate will be willing to close and work together as a team.

We are not afraid to pay the right person the right pay. We provide competitive wages, an increase in pay after employee evaluations, flexible schedules, and meal discounts. Wages are based on experience.

PAY will be negotiated and determined based on Experience.
